discovered on a map (a street address, for example), an authorized user can initiate a map update request. This functionality records the location,
map feature, problem, and description in a web form filled out by the user. Once submitted, this real-time data entry is stored in a database,
the location is mapped, and the necessary staff are notified via email. All changes are stored automatically to create and accessible audit trail.
