Web GIS Solutions
Since 2001, Online Mapping Solutions LLC has been developing web-based GIS applications for municipalities, utilities, and businesses. We provide clients with a close, interactive, and professional relationship.
We design, develop, and implement secure web-based GIS applications that allow users to easily view and query multiple map layers of GIS information from any location with web access. Applications can be integrated with updated orthoimagery and street-level video to further enhance search and query functions, thus often reducing the need for and expense of field investigations. Map layers in certain applications can be easily related to other large datasets such as assessor, master address, and utilities information. From streets and parcel layers to utilities and Fire PrePlan maps, information is accessed through intuitive web applications using a standard web browser. As a web application, authorized users also can have access and edit capabilities in the field: users with the appropriate login credentials can select an object on a map and update the information associated with that selection. Change tracking and notations are recorded to create and automatic audit trail.
